Expert Witness Instruction
Important Information
Dr Price can only accept expert witness instructions for SEND Tribunal cases subject to the following conditions. These requirements ensure that work can be undertaken professionally, and within the necessary timeframes.
- Parents must have legal representation or a SEND advocate formally instructed.
- Appeals must be formally lodged, with a confirmed hearing date and evidence deadline.
- Travel time for assessment must be within two hours’ of Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
